ETHOS: Everything in nature is made up of five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. This is intended as an explanation of the complexity of nature and all matter by break- ing it down into simpler substances. In this wall we will attempt to visually represent the complexity and the beauty of the 5 elements, unifying its deep meaning within a mural art collaboration.

Invitation to meet our new self in the Real world where we are free from aggression, oppression and constant depression... Open to just feeling the emotions! ETHOS: Solidarity’: Putting down the ego and the masks we may show to others, to feel the beauty and feminine energy that lies within. It is not always something that can be outwardly seen as a vivacious and alluring appearance, but something we can all admire in each other. Our instinctual caring nature and empathy goes beyond form and identity. Stand in solidarity and empower one another to be the best versions of ourselves. We are one.

Wall by Jane Mutiny

ETHOS: My piece will feature a monochrome portrait and birds. It will look at Crows through the eyes of Yorkshire born poet Ted Hughes, and his seminal book From the Life and Songs of the Crow, a source of constant inspiration for me. The mural will explore and feature some of the words he wrote from Crow, which is a dark, troubled work and serves as a modern, ugly, difficult interpretation of the Bible’s Book of Genesis.

Wall by @Grown.ldn

ETHOS:My piece is based on the inner strength and internal life of a woman. The power of self belief and presence of mind, knowing who you are from within. The power we hold to advocate, protect and nurture each other, and to help each other bloom into something new. The daisy chain represents our natural ties to each other through our shared experiences as women, and the unbreakable bond of sisterhood.
